TechVerse Limited ("TechVerse", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, operates mobile applications and an internal advertising management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile applications, visit our website at techverselimited.com, or interact with our services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our services, you agree to the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Data you provide: When you contact us, create an account, or submit inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you voluntarily provide.

Usage and Device Data: When you use our mobile applications, we automatically collect device identifiers (IDFA/GAID where permitted), device model, operating system version, app version, session duration, feature interactions, crash logs, and in-app purchase records.

Advertising Data: Our internal advertising management platform retrieves campaign performance data from advertising platforms (see Section 3). This data includes impressions, clicks, installs, conversion events, cost metrics, and audience segment performance — all at an aggregated or pseudonymous level used for campaign optimisation.

2. Google Ads API Usage

TechVerse is a registered Google Ads API developer. We access the Google Ads API exclusively to manage, analyse, and optimise advertising campaigns that promote our own mobile applications. Specifically, we use the API to:

• Read campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost).
• Retrieve and manage bidding strategies and budget pacing across our Manager Account (MCC) hierarchy.
• Generate automated performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Access conversion action data and audience segment performance for targeting refinement.

Data accessed via the Google Ads API is:

• Used solely for internal campaign management purposes — not shared with third parties, sold, or used for purposes unrelated to advertising our own products.
• Stored securely on our private VPS with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit.
• Accessible only to authorised TechVerse employees via role-based access controls.
• Retained for no longer than 24 months for trend analysis, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Our use of Google Ads API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Ads API Terms of Service. We do not use Google API data to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party platforms to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition where the successor entity agrees to be bound by this policy.

• Deliver, maintain, and improve our mobile applications and services.
• Manage and optimise our advertising campaigns to promote our apps.
• Generate internal analytics and performance reports.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues.

5. Data Retention

• App usage analytics: Retained for 13 months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Google Ads API campaign data: Retained for 24 months for trend analysis, then deleted or anonymised.
• Contact and support data: Retained for 3 years from last interaction, then deleted.
• In-app purchase records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Hong Kong tax and accounting requirements.
• Where you exercise a right to erasure (see Section 6), we will delete data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

GDPR (EEA/UK users): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict processing of, and object to processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

CCPA (California users): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; the right to delete personal information; and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

7. International Data Transfers

TechVerse is based in Hong Kong. Data processed by our systems may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your jurisdiction, including in the United States (Google Cloud, Firebase). When we transfer data from the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms as approved by the European Commission. By using our services, you acknowledge these transfers.

8. Data Security

We implement technical and organisational security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and intrusion detection on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies (session management) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with the site. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; this may affect website functionality. Our mobile apps use SDKs from the third parties listed in Section 3 which may collect device identifiers for attribution and analytics purposes.

We do not serve behavioural advertising on our website. Advertising SDKs in our apps operate per those platforms' own consent mechanisms (e.g., ATT prompt on iOS).

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notification or email.
